Ohio EdChoice and EdChoice Expansion Scholarship

Tuition assistance is provided by the State to qualifying families in order to attend a private or parochial school of their choice. Your family may qualify for the EdChoice or Expansion Scholarship if they meet income requirements or attend a public school identified as underperforming by the Ohio Department of Education. From Our Business Office

For the 2026-27 school year, all FACTS incidentals (non tuition obligation payment transactions) are required to be set up in FACTS for autopay. This means you MUST have a current financial account on record in your FACTS account.

Classroom fees and Tech Fees have a due date of April 15, 2027. Any remaining balance will be charged to your financial institution on that day. Partial payments, or scheduled monthly payments, throughout the school year can be made on both of these.

For the 6th grade Damascus, 7th grade Damascus, and 8th grade DC trip scheduled monthly payment plans can be arranged with the business office for families preferring to pay monthly. For the 8th Grade DC trip, make sure you plan for any group fundraising since there are no refunds for overpayments.

FACTS Incidentals that require autopay, to identify a number, include the following: enrollment fees, drama fees, book fair charges, yearbook fees, annual milk purchase, Home and School activities, Santa Shoppe purchases, Bowling Club, Tech repair fees, Library fines, all regular field trips and year-end activities (Pump it Up, Sky Zone, Sluggers & Putters), class trips (as detailed above), the Classroom fee, and the Tech Fee.

If there is a situation requiring special circumstances, the Business Office can adjust the incidental's due date in FACTS. Please contact Brittany Duggan in the school business office to discuss your options. For example, rather than being charged $30.00 by FACTS a NSF fee for a $14.00 field trip, contact the Business Office at least two days before the funds will be pulled to set a new pull date.
